If you purchased using online payment (not cash on delivery), your refund will be issued once our team confirms your order.

At the same time, we ensure that the packaging is well-packaged to prevent damage to the product during transit. Please note that elitetor is not responsible for damage to products during shipping or transit.
We will review the returned product once we receive it, and if it meets the guidelines outlined above, we will initiate a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a few days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Shipping
